On the announcement of the annual budget, the Minister of Finance and the British treasurer announced the reduction in the corporate tax to 17% by 2020. This rate currently 20%.

The highest rate of the corporate tax was 28% a few years ago and has gradually been reduced.

The employers’ welfare costs are only 13.8%.

The wage welfare costs are only 12 %.

Contrary to many European countries such as France, the taxes fall regularly in GB.

The United Kingdom is not still completely a tax haven, it continues nevertheless year after year to reduce its level of taxation. This measure essentially aims at making him it more attractive for companies to be set up in the U.K.

The United Kingdom shows its ambitions, to attract multinationals but also SME(SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE) foreign based companies into the U.K.

This change in tax is vastly different to the tax rate in France which is 33,33%. The French rate will thus be the double that of the U.K.
